It is the golden rule of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.  The words spoken during the struggle for civil rights – when Democrat Party Governors like George Wallace and Lester Maddox were fighting a coalition of honest Democrats and Republicans to prevent equality before the law – back when even a “new South” Governor like Jimmy Carter got elected using crass appeals to race.
